Whenever you use the App, if an error occurs, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and other statistics related to app usage. This data is used only to fix bugs and improve app stability.

Before collecting, using, or sharing any personal information from a child under 13, we will obtain verifiable parental consent using a reasonable method, such as credit card verification, signed consent form returned by email or postal mail, video conference or phone confirmation, or email confirmation with a follow-up verification step.
If parental consent is obtained, we collect only the information necessary for the App's core functionality: in-app username (no real names required), device identifier (for game functionality and crash fixes), and game progress, scores, and achievements.
We do not knowingly collect from children under 13: precise geolocation (GPS), camera or microphone data, contact lists or address books, or persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
Parents and guardians have the right to review any personal information collected from their child, request deletion of their child's personal information, and revoke consent and refuse further collection. To exercise these rights, contact us at: siode.it@gmail.com with subject line: "Parental Request – [Child's Username]". We will respond within a reasonable time (usually 30 days).
We do not use data collected from children to display personalized or interest-based ads. Any advertisements shown are strictly contextual (based only on the content of the screen, not on user behavior).
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately delete that information from our servers and take reasonable steps to ensure no further collection occurs. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us immediately at siode.it@gmail.com.
